• What if you could understand the Dutch modular success story in just one week?

Every year, thousands of professionals visit conferences, exhibitions and construction projects across Europe.

Most return home with business cards, brochures and photographs.

Few return with a real understanding of why certain modular markets thrive while others struggle to scale.

The Netherlands is one of the most advanced modular construction ecosystems in Europe.

But understanding it requires more than attending a conference.

    A Week You Can't Miss

'The European Modular Immersive Construction Week' has been intentionally designed between two great events: PREFAB and WORLD OF MODULAR EUROPE.

Between these two events, participants will immerse themselves in factory visits, completed projects, technical discussions and business insights, gaining firsthand exposure to the companies, buildings and people shaping one of Europe's most advanced modular construction ecosystems.

Conferences and exhibitions tell only part of the story: join a unique opportunity to understand how one of the world's most advanced modular construction ecosystems actually works.

  • Anyone can register for a conference. Anyone can visit an exhibition. Someone can even schedule a factory visit.

The difficult part is connecting all those pieces into a coherent picture.

You may be looking for answers to these questions:

Why are Dutch housing programmes succeeding?

    How are modular factories organised?

How do manufacturers work with developers and designers?

    What business models attract investors?

What role does Modular Building-as-a-Service play?

  • Don’t just visit.
    Understand.

The Netherlands is one of the most advanced modular construction ecosystems in Europe.

A factory can show you what it produces.

A project can show you what was built.

A conference can show you what is being discussed.

But understanding how these elements connect is a different thing.
