Green Prefab’s brand acquired by Costruzioni Barzon

We are pleased to announce that Green Prefab’s brand has been acquired by Costruzioni Barzon under a process of voluntary liquidation at Green Prefab.

The acquisition has been officially signed on June 20, 2024 and it will be completed after the Green Prefab’s liquidation.

The amount of brand's acquisition is undisclosed.

Now, under Costruzioni Barzon, Green Prefab's brand is going to be used for building developement and general contracting, opening a new business challenge in modular construction.

Green Prefab's consolidated brand reputation is now brought together with Costruzioni Barzon's construction expertise and consolidated clients. Green Prefab and Costruzioni Barzon share the primary goal to facilitate access to modular prefab construction systems, enabling a quick transition for traditional industry investors to new paradigms.

 

Changes to Services

The Green Prefab's brand will be exploited into a new modular division at Costruzioni Barzon. Customers should be aware that Costruzioni Barzon will offer consulting and business development services about building development initiatives, particularly following a the new approach called 'Modular Building as a Service' (MBaaS), primarily dedicated to European student housing, private healthcare building extensions, and workforce housing.

We want to emphasize to our clients that up to the end of Green Prefab's liquidation process:

you will continue to work with the same people in Green Prefab you have in the past;

your fees and the tools currently in use will remain unchanged;

the services we have provided you in the past will continue to be offered.
